One of our key focuses is the ongoing enhancement of our Salt Savings Calculator. We’re actively working on Version 1.3 and the upcoming Model 2, which will incorporate additional metrics like energy consumption (kWh) and water usage (litres). These improvements will make the calculator an even more accurate and valuable tool for customers looking to maximise efficiency and reduce waste.

We’re also developing a comprehensive water type and quality map for the UK and Northern Ireland. This unique resource will help customers identify and understand local water characteristics — empowering better decisions when it comes to treatment, softening, and overall system optimisation.

In the area of de-icing, we’re building an interactive industry quiz, designed to guide customers toward the most effective solutions for their specific needs — whether commercial, industrial, or public sector.

With education playing such a big part in driving real change, our team is working on an engaging, strategy-based game aimed at young people. The goal? To teach the importance of sustainable water use through fun, decision-based gameplay that shows how small, thoughtful choices can create a ripple effect of positive impact.

We're also building a dedicated customer portal to make managing your account easier and more efficient. This secure online platform will allow customers to access important documents, view invoices, track order history, and submit purchase orders directly. You’ll even be able to place credit orders online, making your purchasing process smoother and more flexible than ever.
