We proudly supply premium-grade water softener salt, such as Hydrosoft, with certified purity above 99.9% to customers who value performance, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. We are equally committed to providing high-quality, UK-sourced de-icing salts, offering reliable protection through the toughest winter conditions.

Sustainability drives every decision we make. We are proud to be the most sustainable salt supplier in the UK, offering only the highest-quality British salt, responsibly sourced and fully traceable. We support the circular economy, champion British manufacturers and workers, and only work with suppliers who uphold the highest ethical and environmental standards.

Our entire supply chain is designed to minimise our carbon footprint. By locating our warehouse close to manufacturing sites, we reduce unnecessary transport emissions. We distribute using The Pallet Network (TPN), optimising routes to reduce carbon output and improve efficiency. We are actively working toward integrating EV fleets and renewably powered warehousing, with a long-term goal of becoming a net-zero salt supplier.

In the immediate term, we are engaging in UK-based carbon offsetting partnerships, with a focus on peatland restoration, a uniquely British ecosystem with global climate significance. While offsetting is not our end goal, it provides the most viable short-term strategy for reducing our carbon footprint during this transitional phase.

We are transparent about the limitations of current nationwide logistics and warehousing infrastructure when it comes to achieving full sustainability. We are equally aware of the risks of greenwashing in the carbon credit space. That’s why our approach is rooted in accountability and continual improvement, with the ultimate aim of reducing actual emissions to the lowest level possible.

We understand that cost pressures have often led businesses to use lower-purity imported salts. However, thanks to the incredible natural brine sources here in the UK, we are able to provide exceptionally high-purity salt, locally produced, better performing, and far more sustainable. Despite this, low-grade salt is still being imported into the UK, often with hidden costs to equipment, efficiency, and the environment.

That’s why we’ve created tools like our Salt Savings Calculator, to help customers clearly see the long-term operational and financial benefits of switching to high-purity salt. We're also developing a De-icing Comparison Tool, to help evaluate options based on coverage, performance, and environmental impact.

We aim to remove the guesswork from salt procurement, offering transparency, traceability, and trusted advice backed by real data.

Our logistics model delivers faster than the industry norm, with reliable 2–3 day delivery windows and next-day options available, ensuring our customers get what they need, when they need it.

These will provide clear comparisons on performance and price, and integrate sustainability metrics, including carbon emissions data for each delivery. Customers will also be able to see carbon credits allocated for UK-based offsetting, such as peatland restoration projects. This gives full transparency while we actively work to reduce emissions and ensures customers can make confident, climate-conscious decisions.
